RETURN POLICY

Return/Exchange Policy: All sales are FINAL! This applies to both digital and physical products. Due to sanitary/health reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for our lashes and glosses. No refunds or exchanges will be granted for any reason, with the exception of an incorrect order received on our behalf. If you received the wrong item or if there is a problem with your order, please see the "Wrong Item" policy below or contact us at info@eshanette.com.

Wrong Item Policy: Our goal is for you to be 100% happy with your order/items. While this is our goal, we do understand that accidents may happen. We are human and ask that you allow us the chance to make it right. We will respond quickly and do everything in our power to regain your trust and get you the correct or missing items.  If you receive your order and it contains the wrong or missing item, please contact us immediately at info@eshanette.com and include the following info:
- Customer Name and email used to place the order
- Phone Number
- Order Number
- Photo proof of incorrect item/package contents for missing item
Please include all of these items for a prompt resolution.

Missing Package Policy: If your package has been listed as delivered by the carrier, but you have not received it, please check with your leasing office and/or neighbors if applicable. If you are not able to locate your package, please contact us at info@eshanette.com for instructions on how to file a missing package claim. We are not liable for packages damaged or lost by shipping carriers, but we will assist in helping you to file a claim.

Invalid Address Policy: You will receive an email notification in the event that the selected carrier has deemed the shipping address invalid. You will have 48 hours to respond to this email. In the event, no response is received, the package will be shipped to the address listed in your order. We are not responsible for undeliverable mail. If your package is returned for insufficient or invalid address, you will again be notified. If you wish to have the product resent, an additional shipping fee will apply. To avoid any mistakes with shipping, please verify all information before submitting your order. Ensure that all Apt/Suite/Unit numbers are clearly listed, along with correct zip code. You assume all risks if the above information is not correctly submitted when placing your order. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for lost/undelivered packages. The customer will be responsible for placing a new order to receive his/her products.

Digital Product Policy: All sales are FINAL! No refunds will be issued for digital products. Upon completed payment, you will receive an email with a link to access or download your product. It is advised to download and save your files immediately upon receipt as these products may not always be offered/available. We cannot guarantee access to the download after 30 days. If you are unable to open the link or if you do not receive the email, please contact us at info@eshanette.com.
