Service Description

This consultation is required to discuss customized services. The consultation will take place via phone call or zoom. We will discuss concept and details of requested service/course. Please have all pertinent details available during this meeting. Be sure to put type of service/customization in the notes field when booking. The consult fee will apply towards the customized service fee. Session will be canceled if you are more than 10 minutes late. Re-booking and an additional fee will be required. Should you have to rebook due to being tardy, only 1 consultation fee will apply to the booked service. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged full service fee. Deposits are NONREFUNDABLE. You are allowed 1 reschedule (based on my availability) to use the same deposit. After one reschedule, the deposit is NON-TRANSFERABLE. Should you need to reschedule again, another deposit will be required. The first no show appointment will be required to pay IN FULL before rebooking. After the 2nd no show, you will be banned from booking - NO EXCEPTIONS.
